Review and, if appropriate, make recomnedations to the Board of Supervisors regarding requests for dimensional variances to enable the construction of a restaurant with drive-through at a parcel in the BZ zoning district located at the NW corner of the intersection of Oakfield Road and Easton Road.
3b. Review and, if appropriate, make recommendations regarding an amended final plan to allow EV charging stations at Wegman’s in the CBD Zoning District.
3c. Review and, if appropriate, make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors regarding a proposed zoning ordinance text amendment to allow a detached caretaker dwelling in the RA district on parcels of 12 acres or more.
