1. Approval of Minutes
3a. Review and, if appropriate, make recommendations for a preliminary/final minor subdivision for Tax Map Parcel Nos. 50 029 008 and 50 029 009 001 located on the easterly side of Easton Road between Dubree Avenue and Bristol Road.
3b. Review and make recommendations to the Warrington Township Zoning Hearing Board Application concerning application WT ZHB 22-12 for variances at 2099 Maple Avenue in the BZ Zoning District.
3c. Review and, if appropriate, make recommendations to the Warrington Township Board of Supervisors regarding adoption of an updated Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
5a. Nominate a candidate to serve the remainder of a term as a full member on the Planning Commission expiring on December 31, 2024.
