1. Approval of Minutes
3.a. Consider and, if appropriate, make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for preliminary/final approval of a major subdivision located at 858 Elbow Lane, TMP 50-017- 028.
3.b. Consider and make recommendations to the Board of Supervisors concerning a proposed zoning ordinance text amendment to amend the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 370, Article III “Use Regulations”, Section H “General Accessory Uses and Structures”, to permit an accessory caretaker’s dwelling in the RA- RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL zoning district to support an agricultural use subject to standard and regulations consistent with the legislative intent of the RA- RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL zoning district; amending Article IV “Classification of districts, Section 370-402 “Permitted Uses” to permit a caretaker’s dwelling accessory use; amending the RARESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL District Chart; repealing inconsistent ordinances or parts of ordinances; providing for a Savings clause and further providing for an effective date.
