Conditional Use Hearings for 771 and 807 Easton Road (Crestwald) for conditional use approval for a drive-through and accessory outdoor eating area on both properties (continued from May 28, 2024). Now requesting a continuance to November 12, 2024 and a waiver of the deadline to commence the conditional use hearings on the pending conditional applications through and to November 12, 2024.
9.b. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-R-27 regarding opposing House Bills 1976 & 2045, opposing statewide zoning mandates
